NVIDIA Introduced Next Generation Mobile Processor Tegra K1 With 192 Cores
This Chipset have the same architecture that is found on Nvidia's Geforce PC GPUs.
While Nvidia has given the 192 graphics-specific cores top billing, the K1 will actually be available in two flavors — a quad-core 32-bit system-on-a-chip based on ARM's Cortex A15 CPU architecture and a proprietary 64-bit dual-core "Super Core CPU." Nvidia says the K1 delivers over twice the performance of Apple's A7 processor.
